JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – On Tuesday (14/9/2021), the government reported examining 278,680 Covid-19 specimens from 185,722 people over the past 24 hours.
In detail, 39,666 people were sampled using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) swab test, 364 people using the molecular rapid test (TCM), and 145,692 people using the antigen swab test.
Then, as many as 85,135 specimens were examined by the PCR method, 385 specimens through TCM, and 193,160 specimens through the antigen swab test.

Thus, as of Tuesday, the government has cumulatively examined 35,204,831 Covid-19 specimens from 23,384,990 people.
This information was conveyed by the Covid-19 Handling Task Force to reporters, Tuesday afternoon. For information, one person can take more than one specimen.
Based on the examination of these specimens, as many as 4,128 people were found to be positive for Covid-19. The number was obtained from 2,864 PCR swab test results, 102 from TCM, and 1,162 from antigen swab tests.

From this data, the daily positivity rate for Covid-19 positive people is 2.22 percent in total.
However, if only based on the PCR swab test, the positivity rate is 7.41 percent.
