This means that the rest of the iPhone 12 family does not suffer from this problem, so if you own a Pro Max or Mini model, don’t worry.

Although the problem appears only with a small percentage of phones.

However, this small percentage may mean hundreds of thousands of phones.

This is because Apple sells more than a million phones annually, so if the problem appears in 1% of the phones, that means more than 10,000 phones.

Also, the period set by Apple for the appearance of defective phones is relatively large, as it covers most of the life of the iPhone 12 phones.

Therefore, you must make sure that your phone has the problem or not, and you can check the phone easily.

This is because the problem appears automatically and in a vital part of the phone, where you stop hearing the sound of calls suddenly.

While the sound still works normally in all other applications.

And Apple announced a new warranty program for defective phones, where you can go to the nearest Apple service center and change the defective part.

In some cases, Apple may completely replace the phone and give you a new one, but only a service center can determine this.

So if you find the problem in your phone, you should go to the Apple Support Center to book an appointment for your phone’s maintenance.

Apple has extended the warranty and the free repair program for this part only for two years from the date of purchase, and this does not mean extending the warranty on all parts of the phone.

The company may also ask you to repair other damaged parts in your phone, if the damaged parts hinder the repair process.
