And the Ministry of Health stated in its daily evening report that 826 new cases of coronavirus were recorded on the last day, bringing the total of those infected in the Latin country to 23,620 people.
The main focus of the outbreak of the infection is the Argentine capital region, which consists of the capital, Buenos Aires, and the vast urban cordon surrounding it, which belongs to the province of Buenos Aires.
The total number of people recovered from Covid-19 disease in Argentina reached 7,305, representing 30.9% of the total number of infected people.
On Thursday, Argentine President Alberto Fernandez announced the extension of the mandatory quarantine in areas of the outbreak of the new Corona virus, such as the capital and its surroundings, from 21 days to 28 of this June, and that large sectors of the country have moved to a phase of easing the restrictions of “social isolation”, starting from Yesterday, Monday.
