Boeing board separates the roles of CEO chair

(Reuters) – Boeing Co (BA.N) said that he was separating the role of chair and chief executive officer on Friday to allow CEO Dennis Mullnburg to focus on the aircraft maker full-time as he works to safely return the 737 MAX to the service. .

The company said that David Calhoun, a current senior independent director, had elected him as non-executive chair.
