Bulog Sued Rp. 3.3 Billion, This Said Buwas


JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Perum Bulog was sued for Rp. 3.3 billion by Zainul Karim for alleged illegal acts at the South Jakarta District Court, because Bulog withheld his title certificate.

The lawsuit was registered by Zainul Karim on 19 April 2021 with item number 361/Pdt.G/2021/PN JKT.SEL.

Not only Bulog, but there were 3 individual names who were also sued, including the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) BPN who was also a defendant.

Responding to this, the Director of Perum Bulog, Budi Waseso, aka Buwas, said that this lawsuit was being studied first by the legal division of Perum Bulog.

“We first learn about his lawsuit,” he said at the launch of ipangandotcom, Monday (27/4/2021).

He said Bulog would be open to the lawsuit and would follow the entire legal process.

“We have evidence, it’s normal for me to have lawsuits, right, the important thing is we have the data, the facts,” he said.

For information, in the lawsuit there were 5 other petitums that were requested from Bulog in addition to material losses of Rp. 3.3 billion.

First is to sentence Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, and Defendant IV to pay Immaterial losses to the Plaintiff of Rp 3 billion.

Second, to sentence Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, and Defendant IV to pay forced money (dwangsom) of Rp 10 million per day, if the Defendants deliberately or neglected to implement this decision.

Third, stating that this decision can be implemented in advance even if there is a verzet, appeal or cassation.

Fourth, punishing the Co -Defendant I, Co -Defendant II to submit and comply with the content of this decision.

Then fifth, punish Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, and Defendant IV to pay the costs incurred in this case.
