We formed a special team to deal with these problems
BEIJING (ANTARA) – A consumer in China has filed a complaint with police after money transferred to buy an iPhone smartphone ordered online only received one small box of yogurt.
The photo of the yogurt he got was viral on Chinese social media until Saturday.
The case began when a consumer surnamed Liu, a resident of Anhui Province, ordered online the iPhone 12 Pro Max 256G for 10,099 yuan or around Rp.22.3 million via Apple’s official website on February 16, 2021.

Two days later the woman received the package. But what a surprise, when the package was opened it turned out that it contained only yogurt.
Liu admitted that he did not receive the package directly from the courier officer.
“The courier just said to put the package in the locker of the housing complex and I did not complain about anything,” he said in the video that is now viral.
The local police, Thursday (25/2), suspected that the case was a criminal act of theft.
Previously, Apple and EMS as the courier under the China Post office had spoken to Liu to conduct an investigation into the incident.
“We formed a special team to deal with the problem,” said EMS customer service staff quoted by Chinese media.
