Car catches fire after crashing head-on into electric pole

It was around 6:50 a.m. this Friday morning that the Marche firefighters had to intervene at rue du Parc Industriel in Marche-en-Famenne.

A car crashed head-on into an electric pole opposite the Facq store in Marche-en-Famenne. Following this, the pole fell on the vehicle which caught fire. We don’t have any further information on the driver’s condition at this time.

Police rushed to the scene to set up a diversion.
