On the second day of the second stage of the vaccination day for older adults in Mexico City, 21,733 people with surnames with initial letters C and D were inoculated.
Of this total, it was reported that 8,490 are residents of the Iztacalco mayor’s office; 5 thousand 057 from Tláhuac; and 8,186 from Xochimilco.

According to the capital government authorities, the number of people aged 60 and over who were immunized represents 88 percent of what was expected for this day and amounted to 24,725.

The capital authorities recommended arriving 15 minutes in advance of the time they were summoned, had breakfast and well hydrated, in addition to wearing comfortable clothes to make the process faster.

The continuation of the National Vaccination Plan in Mexico City will take place from February 24 to March 5 and it is expected to immunize 194 thousand 580 adults aged 60 years and over: 79 thousand 595 from Iztacalco; 49,816 from Tláhuac and 65,169 from Xochimilco, to whom 200,000 doses of the Sputnik V vaccine will be applied.
