Washington | EMCC Vice President Jose Abraham fired from FOMA The move follows an EMCC controversial deal. This is the first time an American Malayalee organization has taken action against a member.
The FOMA Judicial Council ruled that Jose Abraham had tarnished the image and dignity of FOMA. Following this, the Executive Committee, the National Committee and the Compliance Council, which met the previous day, confirmed the action of the Judicial Council.
Jose Abraham was the General Secretary of Forma from 2018-2020. The suspension period runs until December 31, 2024. Until then, he will not be able to hold any office in the FOMA or become a member of the Association.
