Craig Button believes the Canadiens should draft Dawson Mercer

In the case of the Habs, the four voting options were: Dawson Mercer (Chicoutimi), Hendrix Lapierre (Chicoutimi), Jacob Perreault (Sarnia) and Lukas Reichel (Eisbären Berlin).

The two representatives of the QMJHL dominated the vote. In fact, they finished tied for first with 41% of the vote each.

Draft analyst Craig Button believes Mercer is the piece Montreal needs.
