Hill 14 October was seen for closed door interviews with the Information, Oversight and House Reform committees. The committees are at the forefront of President Donald Trump's high-ambition inquiry.
Hill told investigators of the houses that she was opposing the ouster earlier this year of Marie Yovanovich as an ambassador to Ukraine. Yovanovitch gave previous evidence that Trump put pressure on the Department of State to light it.
Hill also pointed out that the former national security advisor, John Bolton, was so discouraged by Ukraine's backup activities that he referred to Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani as "a hand grenade going up for everyone."
The Democrats launched the inquiry after they complained about a whistleblower who was sent in August by a traffic officer about Trump's attempts to get Ukrainian officials to investigate former Vice President and Joe Biden, optimistic President 2020.
Trump denied any wrongdoing.
