Detroit Metro: nice and cooler Sunday

DETROIT – Welcome to Sunday evening, Motown!

The sky will be clear at dinner time as it gets cooler. The calm weather persists during the night and for most of Monday. Most tomorrow because the slippery weather comes with the accumulation of snow.

Sunday evening will be beautiful and peaceful. Temperatures will be in the 1940s after dark.

Sunday evening will be partly cloudy and cold. The night lows will be in the low 30s.

The next round of troubled weather will have its origins in the southwest of the desert and will arrive in the region on Monday evening. Rain and snow arrive and develop from Monday evening to Tuesday morning. During the day, temperatures on Monday will be around 40 years low.

Rain and snow showers will be on and off and persist on Tuesday and Wednesday. Every day an inch of snow will fall, but it will be countered by melting and thawing. Every day, the high temperatures will be close to 40 ° F or slightly more.

Cold air from the storm envelops southeastern Michigan on Thursday. Chance of scattered snow showers with temperatures in the 20s and 30s throughout the day.
