Eriks Osh. Horror, a hockey ticket will cost 100-150 euros!
On Thursday, after a long debate, the Saeima instructed the government to develop procedures to allow those vaccinated against Covid-19 and those who had recently contracted the disease to watch the World Hockey Championship in Riga. The government, together with the championship organizers, must therefore solve the task of ensuring this process. In an interview, the President of the Latvian Hockey Federation (LHF) Aigars Kalvītis said that Latvian hockey fans could count on going to the game on Thursday, May 27, against the US state. Speaking about ticket prices, Kalvītis mentioned that ticket prices in all the last world championships were quite similar – from 100 to 150 euros. He also mentioned that the rules will be strict for spectators – they must sit in their place with a mask on their face, will not be allowed to move in the arena, as well as take into account that there will be no catering and opportunities to drink beer.
