The Second Civil Chamber of San Salvador swore in this Thursday an expert who will intervene in the process for Illicit Enrichment of former official Eugenio Chicas.
With this oath, it is expected to confirm all the irregularities that have been sustained in the lawsuit in which it is established that the former official appropriated $282,494.21 dollars from the State.
“This fiscal representation hopes that everything is confirmed the irregularities that we have sustained and that the claim is established,” said one of the prosecutors in the case.
The public prosecutor’s office also includes Blanca Steffany Ayala, Chicas’ wife, ex-spouse Ana Lucía Ramírez and her son Carlos Ernesto Chicas González in the lawsuit.
