France: the law mobilities does not satisfy the drivers of VTC


During its work on the bill of orientation of mobilities, the National Assembly adopted on June 7 a new social framework for the drivers of VTC and Deliveroo type couriers. The state is proposing that platforms such as Uber establish a "charter outlining the outlines of their social responsibility". For the unions of drivers, this measure is cosmetic and does not solve the question of the vagueness between wage and entrepreneurship in which they say they are.
