MARSHALL SPEAKER PROMOTION. The Acton II Voice, Marshall’s smart speaker, benefits from a big reduction on the Fnac site. A real good plan for a vintage speaker animated by the Google Assistant.
Since the 1960s, the Marshall brand has been that of rock and big sound lovers. For its smart Marshall Acton II Voice speaker, it resumes the look of its legendary amps and with a leather-like coating, a grid of mesh fabric to protect the speakers from dust and finally, we find the buttons on the top of the ‘pregnant. The Acton II is not a classic Bluetooth speaker, it plugs into the mains and does not have a battery. Like the Google Home, it is a smart speaker … a vintage look too. It is the Google assistant that allows you to animate the speaker and control it by voice to launch, for example, music streaming services (Spotify, Deezer, etc.) or control a Chromecast.
The Vintage look more
In terms of sound, we find the Marshall spirit, with a well balanced sound although centered on mediums as is generally the case with the brand’s devices. The bass is correctly reproduced. That said, it is still possible to tweak the settings using the buttons, unlike other models. Sedentary, the speaker connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Please note that it does not contain DLNA and is not AirPlay compatible. Currently, the Marshall Acton II Voice benefits from a reduction of 100 euros on the Fnac site. A price which puts it at the level of the Google Home Max at less than 200 euros and which makes it pass under famous models like Bose.
