Here are Disney Entertainment properties Disney gets in a merger deal

Disney and Fox shareholders on Friday approved the $ 21.3 billion purchase of The 21st Century Fox by The Walt Disney Company, an agreement that will add many well-known entertainment properties to the portfolio always growing from Disney.

New Fox and a separation agreement that transfers to the assets of the Disney Company will not be involved, namely a portfolio of news, sports and broadcast companies of 21st Century Fox, including Fox News Channel , Fox Business Network, Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox Sports, Fox Television Stations Group and FS1, FS2, Fox Deportes, and the Big Ten network.

21st Century Fox retains all media assets not transferred to New Fox, including Twentieth Century Fox-home movie and television studios at properties such as Avatar and The Simpsons ] which will now be owned by Disney – and some cable TV companies and international, channel s like FX and FXX.

Disney CEO Bob Iger confirmed in December that Marvel Studios "hopes to develop Marvel's film universe to include X-Men Fantastic Four and Deadpool "and the door is opened for future Marvel R-rated productions in the vein of Logan .

Once the agreement is reached, Marvel will be able to freely integrate the famous Marvel Comic characters like Wolverine and Doctor Doom in the shared MCU, which already houses the mega hit Avengers Spider-Man and Guardians of the galaxy franchises.

Disney to Own Fox Television Animation , producers of the irreverent adult animation series of Seth MacFarlane Family Guy as well as the American MacFarlane .

The network also houses Bob's Burgers and King of the Hill .The chairman and CEO of Fox Television Group, Dana Walden, revealed in August The network was in "preliminary conversations" with creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels regarding a possible renewal.
