How to reach the Mercedes-Benz stadium using MARTA

If you go to the tournament, it might not be a bad idea to take MARTA.

The stadium, which hosts the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United teams, can be extended to 75,000 seats to host events such as the Super Bowl or up to 83,000 seats for the NCAA Final Four. In other words: it’s large and parking could be difficult.

The address is 1 AMB Drive, a location conveniently located a few hundred meters from Vine City and Dome / GWCC / Philips Arena (State Farm Arena) / CNN Center MARTA stations.

Here are some tips for getting to the stadium on MARTA trains:

• If you come from north: Take the red or golden line in the direction of the airport station. Get off at Five Points station, where you will move to the green line towards Bankhead or the blue line to Hamilton E. Holmes. Get off at Vine City or Dome / GWCC / Philips Arena / CNN Center.
• If you come from South: Take the red line towards North Springs or the gold line towards Doraville. Get off at Five Points station, where you will move to the green line towards Bankhead or the blue line to Hamilton E. Holmes. Get off at Vine City or Dome / GWCC / Philips Arena / CNN Center.
• If you come from west: Take the green line towards Edgewood / Candler Park or the blue line towards Indian Creek. Get off at Vine City or Dome / GWCC / Philips Arena / CNN Center.
• If you come from East: Take the green line towards Bankhead or the blue line towards Hamilton E. Holmes. Get off at Vine City or Dome / GWCC / Philips Arena / CNN Center.

Once you are in Vine City or Dome / GWCC / Philips Arena / CNN Center, exit the station and walk to Northside Drive. You will see the stadium.
