The man’s wife, Geeta Parmar (32) was arrested because of a complaint made by her mother-in-law, Muli Parmar (55).
Muli said his son was forced to commit suicide after suffering mental stress. According to the woman’s confession, her son and daughter-in-law did not have sex during their 22 months of marriage.
On July 27, after attending a funeral, the Parmar family visited Surndrasinh’s home and found that the man had committed suicide.
Unfortunately, it is not clear what the man had committed suicide with.
Geeta, who lives in Maninagar, Gujarat, India, was arrested by police on charges and reports made by her mother-in-law.

Muli learned that the husband and wife had separated from their bed when they visited them some time ago.
Muli’s son told his mother that he and Geeta had never had sex, according to police.
As for Geeta, said Muli, she has vowed not to have sex with her husband.
The husband and wife also often quarreled and Geeta eventually moved to her parents’ house.
In her first report, Muli claimed that she watched her son and daughter-in-law’s rooms have separated. They even reportedly slept on different mattresses.
“At that time when I asked my son, he said that he did not have sexual relations with Geeta because she promised not to sleep with her husband.”
Geeta himself is Surndrasinh’s second wife after the man divorced his first wife in October 2018.
Currently, the case is under investigation by the Shaherkotda police in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
