The yellow warning announced by the Latvian Center for Environment, Geology and Meteorology is valid on the coast until Tuesday at 2 p.m. In Riga, a warning about high winds is valid until 18:00 on Monday evening.

The sun will mix with clouds, the sunniest Monday is expected in Kurzeme and Zemgale. In some places – mostly in Vidzeme – rain, snow and hail are expected, in some places precipitation will be intense.
