Jonas Brothers cancels the impending Las Vegas residence amid the fright of the coronavirus
The Jonas Brothers – slated to kick off their nine-date residency next month – have announced that they will stop all shows amid growing concerns over the spread of the coronavirus.
The sibling trio – Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas – say tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase.
In a joint statement that was posted on their respective social media accounts, “Sucker” hired killers said, “Hey guys, we monitored the situation and after careful consideration and growing concern for our fans, tour staff and family welfare we are sorry to announce that our Las Vegas residence at Park MGM was canceled April 1-18. We didn’t make this decision lightly. We were so excited about the opportunity to share a fantastic show with you guys, but nothing it’s more important than everyone’s health and safety. We are so sad to disappoint you guys, but it’s important that everyone does everything possible to keep everyone healthy. “
“We love you guys and we are praying for everyone’s safety and well-being. We will see you soon,” wrote each of their posts.
Jonas Brothers are just one of many musicians and artists who have had to close their tour dates in the past few weeks.
