Among the advantages of the first Russian electric car are fast charging (up to 70 percent in 20 minutes) and low price. The basic version of “Kama-1” will cost 1 million rubles, and taking into account 25 percent government subsidies for the purchase of domestically produced electric cars, the starting price may drop to 750 thousand rubles.
