The Chairman of the State Council of the DPRK, Kim Jong-un, sent an oral message to the Chairman of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, in which he evaluated China’s success in the fight against coronavirus infection and the prevention of this disease. This was reported by the Central Telegraph Agency of North Korea (CTAC).
In the message, the Korean leader praised the Chinese leadership, which “is confidently triumphing in the fight against the pandemic,” and said that he was glad for the PRC’s success “as its own.” Kim Jong-un also wished Xi Jinping good health.
The DPRK President expressed confidence that thanks to jointly overcoming various challenges, relations between the two countries have become “more solid and continue to develop.”
