As a result, it was commonly decided that PUMA is potentially eligible to aim for 6 star “World leadership”, which represents the “highest” level of performance of Green Star certification. A local context report was also drawn up in consultation with Moroccan experts from the public and private sector. In the light of their professional experience, during a series of workshops, they made adaptations to the different credits and themes addressed by the certification. The objective is to better understand them within the Moroccan legal framework. These include all the laws, standards and policies that govern the development of urban pole projects in the country. This local context report constitutes the dashboard and a reference for all development projects in Morocco, wishing to be certified “Green Star Communities”.
