American actor Michael J. Fox announced his retirement from entertainment, as health is increasingly complicated, with mental disorders and cognitive impairments.

In addition, he detailed in his most recent book, “there is no time like the future, due to the ravages that Parkinson’s disease left him; his physical and cerebral stability was greatly compromised, so he no longer feels fit.

“There is a time for everything and my time of having 12-hour workdays and memorizing seven pages of dialogue is better if I leave it behind, at least for now I am entering a second retirement,” he added.

He also explained that everything can change, but that if that is the end of his career, he will accept it, and let it happen that way.

He added that after he received his diagnosis with Parkinson’s, his life changed radically, because it was causing him loss of short-term memory, to such an extent that he did not remember basic daily things.

It is worth noting that Fox was diagnosed with the aforementioned disease at the age of 30, truncating his career and fading his dreams as an actor.

But although the actor expressed that he was not physically available to be employed in acting, he created a memoir that he shared with the world.
