Monster Hunter World: Iceborne crosses 5 million copies sold

In January, we learned that Monster Hunter World: Iceborne had sold 4 million copies, with the main game selling over 15 million copies. The expansion continues to sell well, as Capcom shared news that Monster Hunter World: Iceborne has gone through 5 million copies sold. This number includes both physical shipments and digital sales.

The Monster Hunter franchise as a whole has sold over 62 million units, a staggering number. Resident Evil remains Capcom’s number one franchise of all time, with over 93 million copies sold.
