The Moroccan authorities decided, late at night of Thursday, March 13, 2020, to suspend until further notice, flights to and from Algeria.
As part of a concerted approach, this decision was first notified to the Algerian authorities.
Pursuant to this decision, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) immediately announced the suspension, from Thursday, of all its flights to and from Algeria; until further notice.
In a press release, RAM specifies that it has set up a special system to support its customers in managing their trips following these changes.
Thus, customers can, if they wish, postpone their trip to a later date, free of charge; or cancel it, in exchange for a credit of the same value of the ticket, valid for six months and to be used exclusively on the company’s flights, adds the same source.
For any further information, Royal Air Maroc invites its customers to inquire about these commercial arrangements at the following numbers: Morocco: 0890000800 and International number: +212522489797.
