New Marsilio ordinance, ok for walks in Abruzzo – Abruzzo

Revocation of measures prior to the eve of May 1st

(ANSA) – PESCARA, APRIL 30 – Another easing of the restrictive measures by the President of the Abruzzo Region, Marco Marsilio, who in fact authorizes walks in the Pescara metropolitan area. The president, with the ordinance 51 signed a little while ago, in fact revoked the number 31 of 9 April which provided for the “ban on walking or with velocipedes” in Pescara, Montesilvano and Spoltore (Pescara).
On the eve of May 1st, the movement of people is therefore allowed, even in the areas preferred by citizens for walks, that is, the promenade and the ‘park road’, until now closed by the mayors on the occasion of the Easter holidays, on April 25 and for May 1st. The Municipality of Pescara immediately transposed the regional provision and revoked, for tomorrow, the closure of the two roads, as well as the ban on access to the beach. Yesterday, during the provincial committee for public order and security, the prefect said he was against the reopening. (HANDLE).
