New schedule for Aragón-GP / MotoGP SPEEDWEEK.COM

All sessions and start times of the “Gran Premio Michelin de Aragón” this weekend have been postponed by up to an hour because it is too cold in MotorLand that morning.

The 5.078 km long circuit of the MotorLand Aragón has been an integral part of the World Cup calendar since 2010, and in 2020 there will be two weekends in a row in northeast Spain. Due to the corona, the date was also set one month later than the previous year.

The first free practice of the MotoGP class started on Friday morning half an hour later than originally planned because the asphalt temperature at 9.50 a.m. was just 10 degrees.

It didn’t stop there: Initially, only the morning sessions of the weekend were to be postponed by half an hour each, but the entire schedule of the “Gran Premio Michelin de Aragón” 2020 has now been adjusted due to the cool weather.

This also affects the start times on Sunday: The MotoGP race does not begin until 3 p.m.
