Nuria Menndez, re-elected as financial director of Canadian Orvana

The woman from Nuria Menéndez (Tamón, 1978), general director of the Orovalle Minerals gold company, has been re-elected as financial director of the Canadian multinational Orvana Mineral, owner of Orovalle.

Menéndez, a graduate in Business Administration and Management and who has been the general director of Orovalle since September 2016 (the company that owns the gold farms of El Valle-Boinás, in Belmonte de Miranda, and Carlés, in Salas), makes this compatible since May 2018 with the financial management of Orvana, based in Canada and mining interests in Spain, Bolivia and Argentina.

Together with Nuria Menéndez, Gordon Pridham was re-elected as chairman of the board of directors; Juan Gavidia as first executive; and Binh Vu as corporate secretary and vice president of Legal Affairs.

The general meeting appointed the new board of directors.
