The volume of demand at the national level increased from 48% to 50% for apartments with a balcony or terrace and from 58% to 70% for villas with a pool.

In this trend, the cheapest vacant rental apartments can be found in the cities of Khouribga, Azrou and Oujda. In turn, the most expensive rental properties can still be found in Bouskoura, Rabat and Casablanca.
