Seat plans to resume production of cars in Martorell on Monday 27

The automobile seat plans to resume production of cars at its plant Martorell on Monday, April 27, after having closed it in compliance with the restrictions in force by the coronavirus. Sources of the company have informed of this decision that EL PERIÓDICO already advanced a few days ago.

The return to the Martorell production plant will be gradual, as was already done with workers in sectors not related to production, and in a single shift.

Test to 3,000 workers

This same Tuesday, union sources have explained to Europa Press that the company will carry out a PCR test on 3,000 production workers to find out if they are infected with coronavirus before they re-enter production.
