On Sunday, at 4:45 pm, a traffic accident involving two motorcycles and a car occurred in front of the “American Stock”, located on Luikersteenweg, in Tongeren, in the Tongeren road extension. The impact was so violent that the driver of one of the two motorcycles, Sergio (photo)a father from Herstal, lost his life.
When the facts came, the 57-year-old man was accompanied by his son. Indeed, they were both traveling on their respective motorcycles when the crash occurred. Sergio died on the spot his son, a young man in his thirties, was only slightly injured.
