On Wednesday afternoon, the downdetector’s website reported several users who had experienced problems with Telenor.
Problems are to be reached around 14.00.
– We have recorded that some of our customers may experience instability on mobile speech, but it should not affect everyone, says information manager at Telenor, Henriette Holte on TV 2 at 14.15.
So far, Telenor does not have an overview of how many customers are involved.
– We are working to resolve the issue, and apologize to all those affected, says Holte.
In an update at 14.40, Telenor says the issues have been resolved.
– Everything should work as normal again. We continue to follow the situation closely, Holte wrote in an SMS to TV 2.
