Berlin Of the 25 companies listed in the Dax 30 that will be covered by the board quota in the future, only the building materials manufacturer Heidelberg-Cement, the chip manufacturer Infineon and the engine manufacturer MTU have women-free boardrooms. This is shown by provisional figures from the Women-on-Board Index of the organization “Women on Supervisory Boards” (Fidar). It was founded at the end of 2006 by women in management positions from business, science and politics with the aim of significantly and sustainably increasing the proportion of women on German supervisory boards.

In October 2020, six of the corporations affected did not have a woman on the board. According to the index, this number has now been halved to three corporations that need to take action on the board ratio.

With Amanda Rajkumar at the sporting goods manufacturer Adidas, Sarena Lin at the pharmaceutical and chemical company Bayer and Victoria Ossadnik at the energy company Eon, three other Dax 30 companies that fall under the future minimum staffing rule have now appointed women to the top boards, which have so far been exclusively male.
