The Saint Vincent casino avoids bankruptcy: admitted to the arrangement with creditors

After a long series of vicissitudes and filing for bankruptcy, good news arrives for the Casino de la Vallée spa. The court of Aosta admitted the new request for a full arrangement with creditors (presented at the end of October by the Saint Vincent gambling house), appointing the Turin accountant Ivano Pagliero as judicial commissioner.

The professional had already followed the first procedure revoked last July by the Turin Court of Appeal. On the new composition plan, the creditors’ meeting will have to be pronounced, convened for next March. “I am pleased with this news – explains the president of the Region Erik Lavevaz – and from now on it will be possible to work with serenity on the future of the gambling house, having greater certainty”.

“After the recent sentence of the Turin Court of Appeal, which was very unfavorable, this other sentence heartens us – underlines the commissioner Luciano Caveri – and now we will have to work hard for a relaunch, hoping that the current closure for the pandemic did not last long, but also relying on state aid “.

The sole director Filippo Rolando expresses satisfaction with the admission to the arrangement and hopes that “the pandemic crisis will improve soon, so as to be able to give new impetus to the company’s business by increasing its productivity, in continuity with the corporate restructuring process already started some time ago “.
