Allison Mack (35) is likely to be Chloe Sullivan, best friend of
Clark Kent aka Superman, to be known in the TV series “Smallville”. The actress now faces imprisonment – from 15 years to life. She was arrested in the United States, as reported by various US media. She is said to have played a major role in NXIVM, a self-help group also known as the Sex Sect.
Involved in trafficking and forced labor?
Mack is accused of helping cult leader Keith Raniere (57) to recruit and torture victims. The 25-year-old was charged with trafficking, conspiracy to commit human trafficking and conspiracy to work hard. She pleaded “not guilty” according to US media reports, but is in custody. On Monday their deposit should be determined.
Allison Mack: part of a sex sect
Allison Mack herself is said to have been a “slave” of Keith Raniere and led a sexual relationship with him. About a month ago, the sect leader was arrested in Mexico. He is also accused of trafficking and conspiracy to forced labor.
In late March, Allison Mack’s “Smallville” co-star Kristin Kreuk (35) broke her silence on her involvement in “NXIVM.” She explained via Twitter that she once used self-help classes to overcome her shyness. For five years, however, she has only “minimal contact” with members. “During my time, I’ve never experienced anything illegal or nefarious,” says Kreuk. She was horrified and disgusted by what had come out about the group.
