These are two Netflix productions in collaboration with Vox Media Studios and the guided meditation company Headspace that guarantee you a real respite through cartoons and cozy storytelling. As has been said, the platform plans to launch more themes, each with different episodes through which you will learn to fall asleep, meditate, reduce anxiety, or create habits.

This production came to Netflix on April 28 and is designed to address myths and misconceptions about sleep as well as tips so you can sleep well.
