The National Civil Police (PNC) registered a traffic accident in the Mónico neighborhood, Colón, department of La Libertad, which left two people dead.
The mishap occurred when a driver was driving at excessive speed, for which he hit two people and later overturned.
According to reports from the authorities, the event resulted in the death of the two people he ran over.
