The Ministry of Public Innovation, through the Undersecretariat of Open Government and Digital Country, developed a form on the Mi Argentina website so that people who have been vaccinated abroad against COVID-19 can make an affidavit about their vaccination process. This measure, articulated with the Ministry of Health of the Nation, will allow registering in the Federal Register of Nominal Vaccination (NOMIVAC) all the people who were inoculated abroad.
To do this, it must be done an affidavit for each dose received before the Ministry of Health through the website of My Argentina. The following information must be detailed there: number of National Identity Document (DNI), sex according to DNI; name, dose and batch of the vaccine received; date, establishment, country and city where it was applied. Once complete, you will receive the proof of the affidavit that will be sent to the registered email automatically. Vaccination of persons under 16 years of age must be registered by the adult in charge.
In turn, it is recommended to keep the physical certificate issued by the institution or establishment of the country of origin in charge of the declared vaccination, since it may be required as a supporting document of the DDJJ carried out.
My Argentina is the citizen’s digital profile to manage procedures, take turns, access credentials and receive personalized information. In addition to the vaccination credential -which can be found in the My documents section- citizens can link to the app their digital ID, driving record, auto insurance, green and blue card, ART credential, CUIL certificate, the international symbol access for people with disabilities, the Tourism Certificate and the Cannabis Program Registry (REPROCANN) credential, among other official documents.
To start using My Argentina, you must enter the “I want to create my account” page of the platform and then “Validate identity”.
