It is the great NBA move made after all.
The Oklahoma City Thunder agreed to trade Russell Westbrook with Houston rockets for Chris Paul, picking an initial round in 2024 and 2026, and choosing swaps in 2021 and 2025, according to ESPN report.
This is another major step in the complete reconstruction of Thunder. In Oklahoma City's three trades, Westbrook, Paul George and Jerami Grant (launched to the Denver Nuggets), seven pick-up extra rounds have been accumulated by the team up to 2026 – plus four swaps, according to ESPN.
It was not a week from Thunder's trade to the George to Clippers to co-operate with Leonard Kawhi in Los Angeles. Oklahoma City made a large number of drafted pickles, along with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Danilo Gallinari, in these discussions.
According to the ESPN report, Westbrook wanted to meet again with James Harden, and general manager Sam Presti worked with Westbrook and his agent, Thad Foucher, to make this happen.
This comes at the Yahoo Sports report which recently revealed that the relationship between Harden and Paul was “unsafe”. involved in the franchise.
