(Reuters) – The British opposition Labor Party chiefs have privately stated that the party should campaign to prevent Brexit, the Sunday Times newspaper reported.
John McDonnell argued that the position of the Section 50 Laboratory should be revoked and Brexit should be stopped in his tracks, according to the newspaper. A spokesperson for the Sunday Times McDonnell denied the report and rejected his claims.
McDonnell previously said that Labor must put a public vote on Brexit.
