The vaccine manufacturer Valneva has received emergency approval for your corona vaccine in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Valneva announced this on Tuesday. The approval followed a rolling NHRA review process.

Valneva had signed a pre-purchase agreement with Bahrain for one million doses in December 2021. In the EU, Valneva’s inactivated vaccine is still in rolling review.
EMA has already evaluated Valneva Corona vaccine
The company announced last week that it had received an initial assessment of its inactivated vaccine from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the EU Medicines Agency EMA. The CHMP sent a final list of questions. After answering them, the EMA will present a timeline for the approval. Valneva hoped to have a recommendation for conditional approval for primary vaccination in adults aged 18 to 55 by the end of the first quarter of 2022.
