How could such a vote go?
These agreements should be made at the federal level, for example at the conference of the health ministries of the federal states, without it necessarily leading to federal responsibility. Applying these federally agreed criteria to individual scenarios, such as prohibiting events, can then be done decentrally. What is no longer allowed is that, for example, major events are canceled in one federal state, but not in another, even though the basic conditions are identical. No one can understand that. As a last resort, however, there must also be the possibility that the federal government will take the measures if there is reason to fear that individual federal states will not or only insufficiently fulfill their obligations.
