Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – The price of 24 carat gold bullion by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. on Saturday (17/7/2021) decreased compared to yesterday’s trading.
Based on information from Antam’s Precious Metals Processing and Refining Business Unit, the base price of 24 karat gold 1 gram was sold for Rp. 949,000, down by Rp. 7,000, compared to yesterday’s price of Rp. 956,000. As for the smallest unit of gold with a size of 0.5 grams, it was sold for IDR 524,500, down IDR 3,500 compared to yesterday’s price of IDR 528,000.
Meanwhile, the price of 24 carat gold measuring 5 grams today is priced at IDR 4,520,000. Furthermore, gold bars with units of 10 grams are sold at a price of Rp. 8,985,000.
The price of gold for the 50 gram unit is Rp. 44,595,000, while the 100 gram print can be redeemed at a price of Rp. 89,112,000. The size of 1,000 grams is priced at IDR 889,600,000.
On the other hand, the resale price (buyback) Antam’s gold was at Rp846,000, down Rp8,000 compared to the previous trading price of Rp854,000 per gram. This resale price does not take into account taxes if the nominal value is more than Rp. 10 million.
In accordance with PMK No 34/PMK.10/2017, the resale of gold bullion to PT ANTAM Tbk. with a nominal value of more than Rp. 10 million, subject to PPh 22 of 1.5 percent (for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP).
PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. Meanwhile, the purchase of gold bullion will be subject to PPh 22 of 0.45 percent (for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP).
Every purchase of gold bullion is accompanied by proof of withholding PPh 22.
