Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki posted an entry in social media in which he outlined a plan for the delivery of vaccines to Poland. According to the head of government’s data, by the end of the second quarter of 2021, approximately 27 million doses of preparations from four concerns will be delivered to us.

For several days, information has been appearing in the media about the upcoming acceleration of the National Immunization Program. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki decided to gather information on this subject and posted a post on Facebook in which he outlined what exactly this acceleration would be.

Mateusz Morawiecki: Poland will get millions of doses

The head of government mentioned four points that are to contribute to accelerating the National Immunization Program. In the first of them, he emphasizes that before the end of April, 3.6 million doses of vaccines produced by Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneka and Johnson & Johnson will be delivered to Poland.

The following points are devoted to the delivery plans for May. The prime minister mentioned what deliveries he expects from specific producers before the end of the second quarter. “Four weekly shipments of 1.2 million doses and one huge shipment of 2.4 million vaccines scheduled for the last day of the month – all from Pfizer.” – we read. “There will be deliveries (still pending) from Moderna and Astra Zeneca, J&J, totaling nearly 3.5 million doses.” – lists Morawiecki. In addition, according to the prime minister, 13,750,000 doses of vaccines are to be delivered to Poland in Czewiec.
