Louis Tomlinson will take on Simon Cowell tonight as his X Factor action contests victory.
The 26-year-old singer not only has one act in contention for this year's finale, which starts tonight, but two more in Anthony Russell and Dalton Harris.
At the same time, media mogul Simon, 59, will encourage Scarlett Lee to sing for victory.
His colleague, Robbie Williams, whose acts have all been eliminated, will be singing tonight with Scarlett in Angels, the classic of the '90s.
Dalton will sing Beneath Your Beautiful with Emeli Sande while Anthony will perform Leave a Light On with Tom Walker.
But why does not Louis play with any of his acts tonight?
In July, he and Robbie both said they were "definitely" ready to sing duet – together.
When Robbie was interviewed, he said, "I'll like it," while Louis added, "When? Is it happening in the show ?! Really for that!"
Unfortunately, this idea never materialized, but viewers had hoped to participate in duets with their actions.
In the past, a number of judges have sung with their acts, including Tulisa and Little Mix and Gary Barlow with Marcus Collins.
However, Louis had probably not bet on two of his acts in the final and choosing one would have appeared as favoritism.
Who would you like Louis to do a duet with?
