Located at 12888 S. Crenshaw Boulevard, just south of El Segundo Boulevard, Apollo is an eight-story complex. It features 265 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, along with parking for 250 vehicles.

Design and Construction
AC Martin designed the contemporary building. Westport Construction, Nadia Geller Designs, and MJS Landscape Architecture were also part of the project team.
This project follows a similar development completed one block north in Hawthorne in 2021. Cityview has also recently acquired a site in Westchester for a future mixed-use apartment complex east of Sepulveda Boulevard.
