The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance is set to launch the praimplementasi of Coretax DJP from December 16 to December 31, 2024. Starting from December 24, 2024, taxpayers can access the Coretax DJP system. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to log in and reset your password:
Logging into Coretax DJP:
- Accessing the System: Visit https://www.pajak.go.id/coretaxdjp and click "Login."
- Enter Your Credentials: Input your "ID Pengguna," either your Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) or Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), then your DJP Online password, followed by the captcha code.
- Click ‘Login’: Complete the process by clicking the ‘Login’ button.
Resetting Your Password:
After logging in, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. Follow these steps:
- Choose a Verification Method: Select your preferred method for receiving the confirmation code, either via email ("Surat Elektronik") or phone number ("Nomor Gawai"), and provide the necessary information.
- Solve the Captcha: Complete the captcha challenge to verify you’re not a bot.
- Accept the Terms: Agree to the terms by ticking the "Pernyataan" box.
- Submit Your Request: Click "Kirim" to send your request.
- Confirm the Reset: Check your email or SMS for a link from @pajak.go.id to complete the password reset process.
Remember to create a new passphrase during the reset process, as it acts as your digital signature for Coretax DJP services.
Additional Information:
- During the praimplementasi phase, some Coretax DJP features will be restricted. Full access will be granted from January 1, 2025.
- Business and government taxpayers should verify their profile data and ensure responsible parties can log in to Coretax DJP.
- Taxpayers without DJP Online accounts can apply for digital access and activate their NIK as NPWP through Coretax DJP starting January 1, 2025.
