The incident was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Graphic footage from the scene has been circulating on social media platforms.
The crash took place around 3:00 AM on Sychevykovskaya Nasypna Street in the Sofiorsky district. The BMW, driven by a 25-year-old male, failed to retain control of the vehicle, resulting in a collision with the pedestrian bridge support. The car was left in pieces, and the three individuals inside did not survive.
Emergency services, including 10 responders and two units of equipment, were dispatched to the scene. They utilized specialized equipment to extract the bodies of the deceased from the wreckage. Additionally, measures were taken to prevent any potential fire from breaking out.
